FOR ATHLETES WHO ARE SERIOUS ABOUT PERFORMANCE
You've trained your body, your skills and your mindset. The Nervous System Playbook trains the system that decides whether any of it shows up under pressure.
On demand · live Q&A · hosted on Skool

You're sharp in training, then tight, rushed or frozen when it matters.
You know the self-talk. It just doesn't land in the moment.
Sleep, recovery and focus feel harder than they should.
An old injury, loss or bad game still lives in your body, even if you've moved on.
Most mental performance work talks to the thinking brain. But under pressure, your nervous system can take the thinking brain offline. The Playbook works from the body up, so calm, focus and executive function stay available when you need them.
Clear what your body is still carrying. Settle the stress response so you start from regulation, not survival.
Build daily rhythms, body practices and habits that wire your system for focus, recovery and performance on purpose.
The autonomic nervous system and polyvagal theory, made practical.
How stress and trauma shape the brain, and why it shows up in performance.
Device-free mornings, natural light, circadian rhythm and screen time.
Fascia stretching, psoas release, Trauma Release Exercises, vibration plates and HRV.
Using frequency and bilateral input to shift state.
Gratitude, habit building, boundaries, imagination, and acting before motivation arrives.
Realistic expectations and practical management for ADHD athletes.
Mitochondria, inflammation, histamine, gut-brain axis, hormones and supplements.

Personal support with Sunet

Sunet didn't go looking for athletes. As a trauma therapist, she began getting bookings from high-level sportsmen who wanted to clear old trauma and get their nervous system working for them, not against them.
She loved the work. Athletes are used to being coached. They do the reps, need little hand-holding and move fast. After feeling what healing did for him, one client wanted to go further and optimise his nervous system for performance. He offered to be her first beta tester. That work became the Nervous System Playbook.
Specialist Psychotherapist (Trauma), ACA Level 4. Informed by EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic exercises, TIR and neuropsychotherapy.
No. It's an educational program. If you need clinical support, Sunet will point you to the right care.
Good. The Playbook works alongside them, focused on the body-based layer most programs skip.
About 1-2 hours a week. Lessons are on demand, so you fit them around training.
Live Q&A runs in Adelaide business hours. Recordings are posted in Skool.
The Nervous System Playbook is educational and does not provide medical, psychological or nutritional treatment. Talk to your doctor before changing supplements or training load. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
